Our Inspection Process
Pilot Run Inspection (Pre-Production Check)

- 3 pieces per size and color are selected for measurements and quality assessment.
- Ensures early identification of issues before full-scale production begins.
Mid Inspection (During Production Check)
- Performed during the production process.
- Random pieces are selected to check for:
- Stitching quality and accuracy
- Measurements and sizing
- SPI (Stitches Per Inch)
- Continuous monitoring allows us to resolve issues in real-time.
On-Line Inspection (Pre-Final Check)
- Conducted when 70% of the consignment is packed.
- Mini Final Inspection ensures:
- Product presentation and finishing
- Packaging quality and assortment accuracy
- Styling consistency and measurement verification
- This step reduces the risk of major defects in the final batch.
Final Inspection (Post-Production Check)
- Conducted on the completed consignment using globally accepted inspection methods:
- BS 6001, MIL-STD-105E, AQL – Normal Level II
- A sample is randomly selected for quality assurance checks.
- Measurement Verification Chart is used for size accuracy.
